Refund policy

We are very proud of our candles and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our goal is for you to love our products so much that you want to tell your friends and family about them. If any problems arise, here are the details. 

-Items damaged In shipping- We take extra effort to ensure your package arrives undamaged, but we know things happen that are out of our control. If you receive a damaged item you must notify us by email within 3 days of delivery. It is required that you send us pictures of the damaged item and it’s packaging by email at theoldrustycoop@gmail.com. Exchanges will be made only for damaged or defective items.

-Returns- Contact The Old Rusty Coop LLC via email at theoldrustycoop@gmail.com.  Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept any returns on candles that have been lit! You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item must be in the original packaging and you are required to have the packing slip that was inside your package. Please ensure that your item is securely packaged using sufficient bubble wrap/and or padding. The Old Rusty Coop LLC will not be responsible for any returns not packaged properly that are broken in transit. These will not be eligible for a return. Send your candle to The Old Rusty Coop LLC 26176 Irish Rd Wellington Ohio 44090. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email. If your item is inspected and in the original condition we will process your refund immediately. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost charged at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.
